About

Built for the people who were never given a straight answer.

Walk In Faith is free, self-paced, and made for skeptics, the curious, and new believers. No sign-up wall, no donation ask, no church to join.

Why it exists

Most people do not reject Christianity after reading the Bible carefully. They reject a version of it they were handed second-hand — a slogan, a bad experience, a verse yanked out of a paragraph. Then they are told to have more faith.

This site does the opposite. Every lesson starts with the actual passage. Then the history behind it: who wrote it, when, to whom, and why anyone thinks it is reliable. Then plain explanation of what it means. Then the strongest objection a critic makes, answered straight — including where the honest answer is "we do not know."

The goal is not Bible experts. It is ordinary people who understand who Jesus is, why His teaching mattered, and what it asks of them on a Tuesday.

How we label claims

Nothing gets smuggled in. Every significant claim carries one of these labels, so you always know what kind of statement you are reading.

Scripture says
A direct statement of what the biblical text says, quoted or closely paraphrased.
Historic Christian belief
What Christians have historically confessed. It is a theological claim, not something history can verify.
Most scholars agree
Where the large majority of scholars — including non-Christian ones — land, based on the available evidence.
Some scholars believe
A real position held by some scholars, but not the majority view.
Christian tradition holds
Passed down in the church rather than stated in Scripture. Worth knowing, not the same as proof.
Interpretation
Debated
Genuinely contested. Serious people disagree, and the lesson says why.
We don't know
We do not know. Any confident answer here would be invented.

Who is behind it

Walk In Faith is written and maintained by Tyler — not a pastor, not a scholar. Just someone who came to faith later, hated being talked down to, and could not find a study that took both Scripture and hard questions seriously at the same time.

Where the material leans on historical or textual scholarship, it says so and it names the level of confidence. Where it is a matter of Christian belief rather than established fact, it says that too.
